The Middleborough Select Board will hold a public hearing in the Select Board’s Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:30 PM, for the purpose of discussing an application filed by Nyles Zager, P.E. on behalf of ZCE, LLC, for a Special Permit under the Water Resource Protection District By-Law to allow for the conversion of an existing shed into a one-bedroom ADU and piping of a sewer line for the ADU to a new septic tank. The property is located at 11 Eldon Street, in the Commercial Development and in Water Resource Protection District (WRPD) Zone 2 and shown on Assessors Map 80, Parcel 2015.
