Two injured in Lakeville ATV crash

LAKEVILLE -- Two people were injured in an all-terrain vehicle accident on County Street just after 5 p.m Tuesday June 16, the Lakeville Fire Department reported.

The vehicle hit a rock and crashed, Lakeville Fire Chief Michael O’Brien said.

The male and female were transported to St. Luke’s Hospital. The male was treated and released while the female was admitted for further care, the chief said.

Off-duty personnel were called in to assist and the Freetown ambulance responded to a medical emergency happening at the same time at another County Street location.
