Soule plant sale May 9

MIDDLEBORO -- Soule Homestead will host its annual plant sale fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 3 pm. Saturday, May 9 at the farm, 46 Soule St., Middleboro.

Green thumb volunteer Mary Ann has gathered and nurtured some of her favorite plants to sell. Donations are often provided from other members as well.

Soule will have all kinds of garden seedlings, annuals, and other offerings. Veggie seedlings, herbs, flower and heirloom (Old North Sea) strawberry seedlings will also be available.

Seedlings usually sell out quickly so an early arrival is encouraged. Cash and cards are accepted.

Lemonade will be available for sale.

Members get the first chance at the sale from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, May 8.
