Sept. 1 is primary election day. Here is the information you need to know before going to the polls.

Polls in both towns will be open between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Voters who enter the line before 8 p.m. will still be able to vote after polls close.
Middleboro has three polling locations. Voters in Precinct 1 will vote at Oak Point Club House, 202 Oak Point Dr. Voters in Precincts 2, 3, 4 and 6 will vote at Middleborough High School, 71 E. Grove St. Voters in Precincts 5, 5A, 7 and 7A will vote at John T. Nichols, Jr. Middle School, 112 Tiger Dr.
Lakeville has one polling location. Voters in all three precincts will vote at the Loon Pond Lodge at Ted Williams Camp, 28 Precinct St.

When registered voters arrive at the polling location, they’ll get ballots for the party they’re registered with. Voters who aren’t registered with a party can choose either ballot.
