No bull: They'll be line dancing in the parking lot Aug. 7

MIDDLEBORO -- Four wheels will be replaced with two stepping as the Peter H. Peirce Homestead hosts the second annual "Dance the Night Away! Line Dancing in the Parking Lot!" from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7. 

This family-friendly event will take place in the parking lot on the corner of Peirce and North Main streets in Middleboro.

The event offers a chance to learn a few steps and then join in as a community.

Those up to the challenge can try their luck on the mechanical bull.

This event is funded in part by a local cultural council grant from the Town of Middleboro offered through the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
