Middleboro Town Election results released
MIDDLEBORO — The results of the 2026 Middleboro Town Election are in.
On the Select Board, newcomer candidate Tracie Craig-McGee and incumbent Thomas White received the most votes for the two seats up for reelection. Incumbent chair Mark Germain did not receive enough votes to keep his seat, according to the unofficial results from the Town Clerk's office.
The clerk’s office reported 20,855 eligible voters for the election, and 2,305 — or about 11% — came out to the polls on Saturday. About 4% of registered voters voted in last year’s election.

Mark Germain: 949
For the Middleboro School Committee, candidates Leah Machado, Krysten Phillips, and Sean Mokeler took the three, three-year termed seats on the committee, ending the tenure of incumbents Jessica Chartoff and Allin Frawley.

On the Housing Authority, incumbent Nancy Thomas ran for reelection for her five-year term seat, but new candidate Sarah Person took the most votes with 1,215 to 722 votes. The housing authority provides safe and sanitary housing for Middleboro residents of low to moderate incomes.
