NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The LAKEVILLE PLANNING BOARD will conduct a public hearing pursuant to MASS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 41, SECTION 81T on THURSDAY, July 9, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, to consider the application of L & B Realty Trust for a Modification to an approved Definitive Plan for a two (2) lot subdivision located at 92 Howland Road and submitted by Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC, Assessors Map 012, Block 002, Lot 026. The modification is to reconfigure the drainage basin at the rear of the property so that it will be located completely off the 90 Howland Road property.
The application and assorted documents can be viewed in the Planning Department by appointment.

HISTORICAL COMMISSION
The Middleborough Historical Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on July 8th at the Middleborough Town Hall, Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, in the small conference room.
At that time, the application submitted by George and Amanda Latini for a Permit to Demolish a circa 1835 structure located at 227 Plymouth Street in accordance with Chapter 122 of the Code of the Town of Middleborough will be considered and anyone desiring to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
This public hearing is a result of the June 9, 2026 determination, by the Middleborough Historical Commission, that the structure, known as the Lewis Eaton house, and which is part of the historic region of Middleborough referred to as “Purchade” is a historically Significant Structure.
Previously, in 1985, the Massachusetts Historical Commission determined the same structures to be architecturally and historically significant.

The Middleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Ave, Middleborough, relative to a Retreat Lot Special Permit application pursuant to Section 7.4 of the Zoning By-law, as shown on a Plan as follows:
“Retreat Lot Special Permit Plan of Land” for Moulton Street, dated April 10, 2025, prepared by Outback Engineering, Inc.165 East Grove Street, Middleboro, MA 02346, prepared for the applicant and owner, Kevin J Medeiros, Trustee of KJM Realty Trust Said land is found on Assessors Map 49, Lot 3087.
