PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT SERVICES
The Town of Lakeville, Massachusetts invites the submission of sealed Bids for the provision of Property Tax Assessment Services. Contract services include activities typically expected of a full time principal assessor, including, but not limited to, assisting with DOR certification and tax reporting, interfacing with the public, and inspection and assessment reviews. The contract term is three-years. A three-year contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price. The Lakeville Select Board is the awarding authority. Purchase description and bid forms may be obtained at the Town Administrator’s Office, located at 346 Bedford Street, Lakeville, MA 02347, beginning on August 3, 2026 between the hours of 8AM to 5PM Monday through Thursdays and 8AM to 12PM on Fridays, or via email to esurette@lakevillema.org. Bids must be received in the Town Administrator’s Office by 2:00 PM on August 20, 2026, at which time and place they will be opened publicly and read aloud. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including, but not limited to G.L. c.30B, as amended. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price for each item. The bidder agrees that its bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of the bids. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject in whole or in part, any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
LEASE, EVENT MANAGEMENT, FOOD SERVICE AND BARTENDING SERVICE FOR LOON POND LODGE – TED WILLIAMS CAMP
The Town of Lakeville is accepting proposals from qualified proposers to enter into a Lease & Event Management Agreement with the Town for event management services, food service and bartending service, for events to be held at the Town-owned building known as the Loon Pond Lodge located at 28 Precinct Street, Lakeville, on the grounds of the Ted Williams Camp, for a period of no more than five (5) years for use for private events and functions to be held within the Lodge building, as well as, limited Town events and functions. The Town is seeking proposals from entities with significant professional event management, food service and bartending experience. Proposal documents will be available beginning Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and may be obtained from the Lakeville Town Administrator’s Office located at 346 Bedford Street, Lakeville, MA, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Fridays, or by making a request to the Town’s Management Analyst via email to esurette@lakevillema.org. Sealed proposals must be received at the Town Administrator’s Office no later than Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.. Any such contract will be awarded within 30 days of the submission deadline and is subject to the approval of the Lakeville Select Board. The Town reserves the right to reject all proposals; to waive any minor defects, informalities, or irregularities; and to award any contracts or cancel this RFP if it is in the Town’s best interest to do so.
