Sec.11, the Middleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 6:45 PM in the Select Board’s Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Ave, Middleborough, relative to an application for Plan Approval pursuant to Section 8.6 40R Smart Growth Overlay District (SGO) of the Town of Middleborough Zoning Bylaw to authorize the construction of a one hundred eight (108) unit rental development entitled “The Residences at Pilgrim Junction” located at 18 and 28 West Grove Street, Oak Ave. and 5 Oak Ave., 9, 15, 19, 21 and 25 West Clark Street, Middleborough, MA 02346 owned by West Grove Holdings, LLC. The plan is dated May 8, 2024 and prepared by Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC, 3 Main Street, Lakeville, MA 02347. Said land is found on Assessors Map 58E, Lot 2676, Map 58I, Lots 3411, 3416, 3421, 3431, 3441, 3445, 3448, 3449 and 3485.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on 7/23/2024 at 7pm at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, on a Notice of Intent. The applicant, Lakeville Owner, LLC, is proposing construction of residential townhomes, roadways, landfill removal and restoration, stormwater management, grading, walking path, dock reuse, and associated work. Portions of the project are located within the 100-foot buffer zone. The project is located at 43 Main Street and is also identified as Assessor’s Map 060, Block 007, Lots: 001, 001G, 001I, 001J, 001L, 001P.

The LAKEVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, acting in accordance with MASS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 40A, as amended, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. in the LAKEVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY, 4 PRECINCT STREET, upon the petition of James Frazier.
