MIDDLEBORO — Sustainable Middleborough, a local volunteer group, will launch its Insulate Middleborough campaign at noon Saturday, Oct. 22 at Middleborough Library Community Room, 102 North Main St.

Those attending can learn how residents can have some or even all of their weatherization costs covered.

Loie Hayes, an energy efficiency expert from Green Energy Consumers Alliance, will explain how to get ready for new federal rebates and tax credits for weatherization, heat pumps and other items coming Jan. 1, 2023.
