CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for the construction of a 75,000s.f. two-story building, 7,359s.f. barn, stormwater features, an access drive with proposed stream crossing, associated parking lot, and a truck yard within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland, 100’ of bank of pond, and 200’ riverfront area at Campus 44 Canopy Drive (Lot 4), Map 49, Lot 955. Hearing has been requested by Stephen Gallagher, V.M.D. MB Industrial, LLC, c/o V.M.D Companies, LLC. Hearing will be held November 6, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.

NOTICE OF HEARING
The Middleborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., in the Select Board’s Meeting Room, Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA to hear the petition of Timothy Hashem, PO Box 265, Middleborough, MA 02346 relative to his request to be granted a Special Permit pursuant to Section 4.5.3 and Section 5.3.4 and a Variance request pursuant to Sections 5.3.10.2; 5.6.1.1; 5.6.1.5 and 9.2.2.3 of the Middleborough Zoning Bylaws to allow for the construction of a commercial building that exceeds 20,000 sq. ft. and associated parking and variances from the offsite parking requirements. The subject property is located at 480 Wareham Street, Middleborough Assessor’s Map 87, lot 6463 in the General Use District.
Full plans are available in the Zoning Office for public review and also available electronically by request. Anyone desiring to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.

Public notice is hereby given of the application for a Chapter 91 Simplified License by Shawn Canha to repair/replace/maintain an existing Dock and Stairs in the waters of Taunton River at 101 Tall Oak Drive in Middleborough Massachusetts, Plymouth County.
The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways application received by within 30 days of the “Notification Date”. Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten citizens or more to submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c). The group of citizens must include at least five citizens who are residents of the municipality in which the proposed project is located.
