The Middleborough Select Board will hold a public hearing in the Select Board’s Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA on Monday, February 2nd at 7:30 PM, for the purpose of discussing an application filed by Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC for a Special Permit under the Water Resource Protection District By-Law to allow for the construction of two 4-bedroom dwellings, where a portion of the proposed driveway crosses a section of wetlands. The property is located at 202 Summer Street, in the Residence A Water Resource Protection District (WRPD) Zone 4. This is shown on Assessors Map 12, Lot 335. Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.

Notice is hereby given that Twisted Growers Retail, LLC will hold a Community Outreach Meeting on February 5, 2026 at 415 Millennium Drive, Lakeville, MA 02347 at 5:00 PM to discuss a Marijuana Retailer to be sited at 8 Harding Street in Lakeville.
A copy of the meeting presentation will be made available at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by emailing p.silverman@vicentellp.com.
Interested members of the community will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from company representatives about the proposed facility and operations.
