LAKEVILLE — Jan. 17 and 16 were busy days for the Lakeville Fire Department.

On Jan. 17 at 8:27 a.m., a 2014 Ford rear ended two vehicles on the northbound lane on Bedford St, according to a crash report.

Initially, a vehicle on Bedford St. was slowing down for a vehicle ahead of it that was making a turn onto 350 Bedford St. 

Then, the 2014 Ford collided with a vehicle ahead of it, which in turn collided with the vehicle slowing down. The driver of the 2014 Ford was issued a citation.

According to the Fire Department, the Jan. 17 crash was the “5th crash in just over 24 hours.”
