People for paws coming to Oak Point

MIDDLEBORO — The People 4 Paws club, sponsored by Oak Point, will host an animal rescue fundraiser Sunday, Aug. 17, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Oak Point Ballroom located at 200 Oak Point Drive.
The event will feature a variety of vendors, a 50/50 raffle and a bake sale. Admission is free, and donations of cat and dog food are welcome.
All proceeds will benefit local animal rescues, as well as the Middleboro and Lakeville Animal Shelters.
