MIDDLEBORO — The Middleboro Parks Department and public library are teaming up to present a three-part outdoor movie series for the community this fall.
The "Carpool Cinema" series will be held on the lower softball fields at 26 Jackson St. and will feature one film each month. The first screening will take place on Friday, Aug. 22 at 8 p.m. The second is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 19 at 7:30 p.m. The final screening is Friday, Oct. 17 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets must be picked up in person, on a first-come, first-served basis, in the Children's Room at the Middleborough Public Library. A separate ticket is needed for each movie in the series.
Tickets for the first screening will be available beginning Monday, Aug. 4.
Due to licensing restrictions, film titles cannot be advertised in public announcements, including newspaper articles and billboards.
The Carpool Cinema series is funded by the Pierce Trust.
