MIDDLEBORO — Soup’s on again Saturday, Sept.  23 from 5-6:30 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 14 School St., Middleboro, as the United Methodist Women begin their busy fall season.

Those attending may try bowls or cups of many different kinds of soup accompanied with a variety of breads, a drink, and a dessert for $10 per person.

The United Methodist Women will also host their annual Christmas Fair and lunch on Dec. 2 and they are still collecting housewares, books, CDs, DVDs and clothing for a fundraiser. 

The profits from these events support missions, mostly local, as current needs are huge now, church members said.
