The Middleborough Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Oil Furnace Replacement and Weatherization SUST FY21 at State Aided Development: Archer Court (200-1) in Middleborough, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BLW Engineers, Inc.

The Project consists of but not limited to: Oil Furnace Replacement and Weatherization

The work is estimated to cost $2,575,959.00.

All bidding Requests for Information (RFls) shall be submitted online by 3/28/2025 at 12:00PM EDT for filed sub­ bids and by 4/10/25 at 12:00PM EDT for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. All Bids shall be submitted online at biddocs.com and received no later than the date and time specified.

General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), in the category of: HVAC and must submit a current DCAAM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAAM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.

General Bids will be received until 2:00 pm EDT April 17, 2025 and publicly opened, online forthwith. Filed sub­ bids for the trades: plumbing and electrical work will be received until April 3, 2025 at 2:00PM EDT and publicly opened online, forthwith.

General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the MIDDLEBOROUGH HOUSING AUTHORITY. Audit Services

The Town of Middleborough, Massachusetts (the “Town”), acting through its Select Board, is seeking proposals from certified public accounting firms qualified to perform municipal audits to audit the books and records of the Town for fiscal years ending June 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027 in accordance with the Single Audit Act and the requirements of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Copies of the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) packages may be obtained beginning at 8:00 AM on March 19, 2025 in the Town Manager’s Office, between the hours of 8AM to 6PM on Mondays, 8AM to 5PM Tuesday through Thursdays, and 8AM to 12PM on Fridays, or via email to surettee@middleboroughma.gov. TED WILLIAMS CAMP
PARKING LOT PROJECT

The Town of Lakeville is seeking bids to provide construction services regarding the Drainage and Grading for the Ted Williams Camp Parking Lot Project. This project is being bid subject to Section 39M of Chapter 30 and Sections 26 to 27G and Section 29 of Chapter 149.

The Town reserves the right to postpone or cancel the awarding of a contract for any and all reasons, and to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all bids, and to make such award as in the best interests of the Town. Award of a contract pursuant to this IFB shall be subject to available appropriation. Bids are due by 2:00 P.M. on April 8, 2025. Late bids will not be accepted.
