NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on March 25, 2025 at 7pm at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, on a Notice of Intent. The applicant, David Dwelly, is proposing to reconstruct and additions to the existing dwelling.

The project is located at 1 Merigold Lane and is also identified as Assessor’s Map 41, Lot 2-16.

PREQUALIFICATION FOR
LAKEVILLE FIRE STATION

The Town of Lakeville is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide construction services for the new Lakeville Fire Station. The project is being solicited in accordance with MGL Chapter 149A. Bid documents can be obtained via biddocs.com starting on March 12, 2025. SOQs are due by 2:00 P.M. on April 2, 2025.
