On a hot day nothing hits right quite like ice cream.
Summer was celebrated Friday, Aug. 14 during an ice cream social at Lakeville Center for Active Living.
The School’s Out Ice Cream truck made a special stop at the center to provide nostalgic summertime treats. Back in the cool air conditioning, the Rick Andre duo played live Calypso music for a fun summer vibe
As the cherry on top, Andre also provided some trivia about where steel drums originated and the unique sounds they make.
