Rotary auction underway
MIDDLEBORO — The Rotary Club of Middleboro is hosting its live and online auction through Saturday, March 22.
The event raises funds for the club’s charitable and educational activities. This is their primary fundraising event. Proceeds will support scholarship and tutoring programs for local schools, as well as other community projects throughout the year.
Many local businesses donate to this auction to show their support for community service and the efforts of Rotary.
Items are being added daily. Visit https://new.biddingowl.com/middlebororotary to check out the auction website.
The last hours of the auction will be broadcast on local cable access TV channels in Middleboro and Lakeville and streamed live to viewers everywhere on the MCCAM website and Facebook page on March 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. Bidding closes on March 22 at 4 p.m.
Auction winners can come to MCCAM March 22 between 4 and 5 p.m. to pick up the items they have won. Anyone unable to come during the pickup window can collect their items from Robert Saquet at Eggers Furniture in downtown Middleboro.
Anyone with questions or interest in sponsorship or other donations can contact club secretary Cherie Kostant by email at middlebororotaryauction@gmail.com, or Saquet, owner of Egger’s Furniture and lifelong Rotarian.
