Plymouth County District Attorney’s office confirms identification of Amy Nadolny, death remains under investigation
Amy Nadolny, 41, of Middleboro had been missing for two weeks until her body was identified in Wareham Friday, Sept. 19, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s office.
Nadolny was found in a wooded area near the train tracks behind Dunkin Donuts and CVS Pharmacy at 419 Main Street in Wareham around 10 a.m. on Friday, according to the district attorney’s office.
The Massachusetts State Police, Middleboro and Wareham Police are conducting an unattended death investigation.
According to the district attorney’s office, the investigation is ongoing and the state chief medical officer is still determining the cause of her death at this time.
Beginning around 10 a.m. on Friday, state police remained in the area for over four hours and a state police helicopter remained until 4 p.m.
Nadolny had been missing since Sunday, Sept. 7 where she was last seen at Narrows Crossing restaurant in Wareham.
According to Amy’s mother Patricia Nadolny, she was last heard from calling for a ride home Sunday.
