NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Select Board, acting in its capacity as the Board of Health, will hold a public hearing in the Select Board’s Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 7:25 PM, at the request of the Health Officer, to consider approval of variance requests by Nyles Zager, Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC., for local upgrade approvals and variance from the provisions per 310 CMR 15.00 Title V for property located at 681 Wareham Street. Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.

Request for Proposals
The Town of Lakeville, MA is seeking Requests for Proposals to provide the Town with information technology managed services covering all aspects of the Town’s information technology needs for a period of no more than three (3) years. The Request for Proposals is available on May 23, 2024 at 9:00 AM by emailing Tracie Craig-McGee at tcraig-mcgee@lakevillema.org. Any questions on the Request for Proposals must be received by Ms. Craig-McGee by email prior to 3:00 PM on June 4, 2024. Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Monday, June 10, 2024. The Town of Lakeville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as well as any part of any or all bids, deemed not in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids.

CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on May 28th, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street on a RDA. The applicant, Steven Howe, is proposing site grading associated with the upgrade of a residential septic system.
The project is located at 3 Myricks Street and is also identified as Assessor’s Map 18, Block 1, Lot 29 . Please contact the Lakeville Conservation Commission for additional information at (508) 946-8823. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
