INSTALLATION OF FOUR (4) LEVEL 2 ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS
The work involves the provision of labor, materials, vehicles, equipment, and services in connection with the installation of four (4) Chargepoint CT4021-GW1 Dual Output Gateway North America, Bollard Unit – 208/240V @30A with Cord Management Level 2 Electric Vehicle (“EV”) Charging Stations located at:
Two (2) Stations installed at the Town Hall Parking Lot, 346 Bedford Street, Lakeville, MA
Two (2) Stations installed at the Ted Williams Camp Parking Lot 28 Precinct Street, Lakeville, MA
MGED will supply the EV Charging Stations and perform all work to bring electrical power to each site. The contractor shall be responsible for all other work, including excavation and preparation of the sites, and connection of the EV Charging Stations to MGED’s electric facilities.
MGED will receive sealed bids no later than 11am, on August 28, 2025 at 32 S. Main Street Middleborough, Massachusetts 02346, ATTN: Ali Golz. At 11:10am bids will be opened at Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Ave.(Sm Conf.Room), Middleborough MA 02347 and read aloud. Bids received after the deadline or without the required bid deposit will not be accepted. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of ninety (90) days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after the date of opening bids.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The LAKEVILLE PLANNING BOARD will conduct a public hearing pursuant to MASS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 41, SECTION 81T on THURSDAY, August 14, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, to consider a request to modify the Definitive Subdivision Plan Golfer’s Way, which was approved on September 28, 2023. The modification proposes to move the roadway and requires a waiver that was not necessary on the original application.
