Lakeville man dead after fatal Route 140 crash

FREETOWN — Following a late night single-vehicle crash on Route 140 in Freetown, Justin Graham, 50, of Lakeville died from injuries early Sunday, Dec. 21.
According to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, Graham was the sole passenger of his vehicle that was left with “catastrophic” damage after colliding with a guardrail. Graham was heading south on Route 140 near exit 10 in Freetown. He was transported by first responders to an area hospital, and died shortly after.
Massachusetts State Police troopers responded to the scene around 11:45 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 20. According to the District Attorney’s office, Graham’s vehicle “appeared to have struck a portion of the guardrail head on.”
No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
The cause of the crash is being investigated by the Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit assigned to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office along with the Massachusetts State Police.
