LAKEVILLE — The Lakeville Garden Club will hold its first meeting of 2025 on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m. at the Lakeville Council on Aging, 1 Dear Crossing.

The business meeting begins at 7 p.m. and is followed by refreshments and opportunities to participate in three gardening type craft workshops.

Anyone who is curious about the club, its members and activities is invited. 

Non-members planning to attend are asked to call 508-947-2688 to ensure there are adequate materials.

The March 25 monthly meeting will feature Jennifer Anderson of Native Tree Talk in Rochester. She will discuss “Native Shrubs to Add to Your Garden.’’

Members are beginning to plant seeds for the Saturday, May 10 Annual Spring Plant Sale. 

Due to the generosity of the members and public, the club has ample containers  and will not be accepting donations of pots. 

Meetings are open to the public and membership is not limited to Lakeville residents.
