LAKEVILLE — On Friday, March 10, at 1 p.m., Lakeville’s “Eagle Lady,” Nancy Yeatts, who is the Environmental Manager of Assawompset Pond Complex, will be at the Lakeville Senior Center, 1 Dear Crossing, to speak about the Assawompset Pond Complex, including Betty’s Neck. 

Topics will include how the land was acquired and protected in 2002, allowed recreational uses, and goals for watershed protection. Handouts, including maps will be available. All are welcome to attend this free presentation.
