Florine Nancy (Skaradoski) Eaton, 90

EAST  WAREHAM  -  Florine Nancy (Skaradoski) Eaton, age 90, of East Wareham, formerly of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Middleborough, died on Monday, August 10, 2026, at the Sippican Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Marion.

Born in Berlin, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Joseph & Laurette (Carreau) Skaradoski.  Florine grew up in Everett and later moved with her family to Middleborough.  She went to public schools and graduated from Middleborough High School, Class of 1954.  She married and started raising her family.  Florine attended Bridgewater State College and transferred to Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School in Taunton enrolling in the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Program.  She earned her LPN license and worked for years at the Lakeville Hospital in Lakeville.  In retirement, Florine loved gardening, going to church or watching on television, volunteering to help the church with meals for the homeless, walking and reading, especially the CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE SOUL book series.  She was an avid collector of porcelain dolls and took great care of her collection.  She loved her family and doted on all of the grandchildren.

Florine was the beloved wife of the late Arthur N. Eaton, Sr.; loving mother of Arthur N. Eaton, Jr. of Brockton, Michael Eaton of Wareham, Roxanne & Dennis Couturier of Hudson, NH, JoAnn & Anthony Lopez of Savannah, GA, Walter & Princess Eaton of Bellingham, William & Wendi Eaton of Forestdale, and James Eaton of Tampa, FL; dear sister of Regina Cousineau, Rosalie Newcomb McManus and the late James Skaradowski, Lorraine Mack, Loretta Bennett, Mary Helen Medeiros, Donald Skaradowski and Walter Skaradowski.  She is survived by many cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her dear friend Barbara Cursio of Florida.  Florine was predeceased by her faithful companion, Lady.

There will be NO visiting hours.
