MIDDLEBORO — Celtic duo Stanley and Grimm will perform at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22 as part of the “Music that Moves” Sunday Concert series hosted by the Friends of the Middleboro Public Library and held at the library, 102 North Main St.

Admission is free and refreshments will be available for purchase, with all proceeds being used to strengthen the Friends’ mission of supporting and library programs and events.

Stanley and Grimm will provide a celebration of traditional music through old and new interpretations of jigs, reels, and songs played with lively fiddle, guitar, and voice.

Fiddler Nikki Engstrom and singer/guitarist Sean Brennan create a musical journey through a bounty of fiddle tunes and ballads of all origins, alongside modern tunes, and songs they have composed. The infectious fun they have on stage and their intense playing have helped them to become fan favorites on the New England traditional music scene.
