MIDDLEBORO — The Friends of the Middleboro Public Library will kick off their Sunday Concert series at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16 with a performance by CrabGrass, which has been described as the Cape’s “premiere bluegrass band.’’ 

The CrabGrass sound is a mix of old and new with tight vocal harmonies and lively instrumentation.

The concert is sponsored by Fireside, Classic American Grille, 30 Bedford St., Middleboro.  Admission is free and refreshments will be available for purchase, with all proceeds being used to strengthen the Friends’ mission.
