LAKEVILLE — Local singer/songwriter Matt York will present The Highwaymen: Songs & Stories at 6 p.m. Thursday March 27 at the Lakeville Public Library, 4 Precinct St.

Songs & Stories is a one-man performance centered around the American country supergroup The Highwaymen, which was made up of Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, and Kris Kristofferson. Between their songs, York will tell stories about their careers and lives. 

York is also an author, having recently released a book, “The Words and Wisdom of Willie Nelson.’’

This performance is free and open to the public.
