INVITATION FOR BIDS
USED ROLL-OFF TRUCK

The Town of Middleborough invites sealed bids for the provision of Used Roll-Off Truck meeting the criteria set forth by the Town.  Bids will be received at the Department of Public Works, 65 Sachem Street, Middleborough, MA 02346 until 10:00 AM on December 26, 2024, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Department of Public Works beginning on December 12, 2024 between the hours of 7AM to 6PM on Mondays, 7AM to 3:30PM Tuesday through Thursdays, and 7AM to 11:30PM on Fridays, or via email to cpeck@middleboroughma.gov.  The contract will be awarded to the bidder deemed by the awarding authority to be the lowest responsible and eligible bidder.  Contract award is subject to the approval of the Select Board or their designee.  The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
