Middleboro Elks to honor local vets with Red, White and Blues Benefit

MIDDLEBORO — The Middleboro Elks will host the Red, White and Blues Benefit, an event to support local veterans, on Saturday, Aug. 24. 

The event will be held at the Middleboro Elks Lodge, 24 High St., Middleboro. 

There will be a motorcycle/car ride, a corn hole tournament, live music, a barbecue, merchandise, kids activities and raffles. 

For rides, music and food, the cost is $35. Riders must register by 9:00 a.m. and the ride will start at 10:30 a.m.

For music and food, the cost is $35. For music only, it's $20. Children under 12 will receive free concert admission. 

The music schedule and performers are as follows:

Clayton of C & C Productions 12 to 3 p.m.
Noteable Blend Acapella Group 3 to 4 p.m.
Dale & The Duds from 4 to 7 p.m. (inside)

In the case of rain, the event will be held in the Elks lodge. If the weather holds up, it will be outside and participants are encouraged to bring chairs. 

Tickets are available through the bartender at the Elks Lounge or at the door as available, but may sell out.
