Why do woodpeckers peck?

MIDDLEBORO – The Middleboro Council on Aging will present “Wild and Wonderful Woodpeckers,” a deep dive into the lives of the titular bird as part of the organizations The Lifelong Learnings Series.

Host Judy Macioci will additionally go over the different species of woodpeckers around Massachusetts and explain their diets and mating behaviors.
