LAKEVILLE — Are you related to a Pilgrim? The Lakeville Library is offering a chance to find out.

On Saturday, Sept. 14 at 2:30 p.m., local genealogy enthusiast and member of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants Nancy Ratner will share her expertise on pilgrim ancestry.

On Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 6 p.m., New Bedford author Michael G. Oliveira will present his book “Don’t Take It For Granted: the Journey Within.”

The book is a deeply personal narrative about becoming a caregiver for a loved one and all the challenges, joys, and sorrows that go along with this role.
