LAKEVILLE — Students of Mullein Hill Christian Academy had an unexpected forecast when Meteorologist Kelly Ann Cicalese from Channel 5 Eye Opener made a classroom visit recently.
Cicalese came to the school last week to speak to students through the third and fifth grades about her everyday life as a meteorologist. She spoke about forecasting the weather and the science that goes into sharing accurate weather information with audiences everyday.
She spoke and demonstrated to students on topics including air pressure and static electricity among other factors in forecasting.
Cicalese has been with WCVB's Storm Team since October 2016.
