Enjoy the company of  goats, chickens, bunnies, and sheep at Soule Homestead Education Center’s May 17, Sheep Day fundraiser. 

The event will consist of sheep shearing demonstrations by expert shearer Aaron Loux, a sheep dog demonstration by Sheepdog Junction, and a free children’s craft and play area.

Explore local vendors and artisans, including demos of weaving, needle felting, spinning, and basketry to the sound of Plymouth Rock Music, on stage from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Refreshments, lunch options and new Soule Homestead merchandise will also be available.

Discounted presale tickets are on sale now until May 10, and guarantee a spot at the front of the line. Adult tickets are available for $12 with children aged 3-12 entering for $7. Children under the age of two get in free. An additional 20% discount is also available for members.

The event will take place rain or shine.

All funds raised helps to support the preservation and operations of the nonprofit Soule Homestead Education Center.
