One man dead following neighbor dispute at Middleboro home

The cause of death is being investigated by Middleboro and state police. Another man was arrested and charged in a "related incident" to the dispute.MIDDLEBORO — One man is dead, and another has been arrested after a neighbor dispute in Middleboro.
A Middleboro resident has died in connection to a dispute between neighbors at a 21 School St. home on Wednesday, Feb. 25, according to police. Upon arrival at the multi-family residence around 4:30 p.m., police found a 68-year-old man unresponsive, and a second man was arrested for a “related incident” at the home.
The second man was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery on a Police Officer and Resisting Arrest. The 68-year-old man was transported to Morton Hospital in Taunton where he was pronounced dead.
Middleboro and state police stated a death investigation will be conducted. The investigation is ongoing. Police said it appears to be an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the public.
No other information on the cause of death or the identities of those involved is known at this time.
Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz’s office did not have additional information on the incident.
