Old Colony building project Q&A session to be held in Lakeville
LAKEVILLE — Residents can find answers to lingering questions about the proposed Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School building project at a presentation and questions-and-answers forum.
The informational event will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 10 at the Lakeville Public Library.
For Lakeville voters, a special election will take place at the Ted Williams Camp building, located at 28 Precinct St., from 12 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 18. The two ballot questions include whether to approve the project, and how the town will fund it — either through a debt exclusion or using the annual operating budget.
Attendees will hear a presentation on Old Colony’s $288 million development plans that will construct a new high school at their site in Rochester, and can ask questions to leaders of the development.
