Oak Point Fabulous Fall Yard Sale Saturday, Oct. 5

 MIDDLEBORO — The Oak Point Fabulous Fall Yard Sale will be held Saturday, Oct. 5 at Oak Point, 200 Oak Point Drive in Middleboro. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and at the Oak Point Housing Community, located at 200 Oak Point Drive.

This event is put on by the Oak Point Homeowners Scholarship Fund, a nonprofit charity operating within the Oak Point community. The public is invited to attend. Attendees can purchase a Walter Young Golden Ticket wristband upon entering that will give them permission to shop through remaining items from 1 to 2 p.m. There will be furniture, tools, electronics, small appliances, toys, seasonal, sporting goods, outdoor, raffles and more. The Scholarship Fund raised nearly $35,000 from the 2023 yard sale and gifted $64,000 to the Middleboro Class of 2024, which includes Middleborough graduates at Bristol Plymouth Regional Technical School. According to the Scholarship Fund’s President John Burbage, the group is the largest source of scholarship aid to Middleboro High School.
