MIDDLEBORO — Tonight the voters will decide.

Middleboro voters will head to the annual Town Meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, April 22 at Middleboro High School auditorium.

The topics to be discussed include requests from residents to rezone a parcel of land on Harding Street to residential rural. 

Other issues to be voted on include a $119.1 million town budget, a 99-year lease for the Peirce Building to be used as office space and apartments, a resident’s request to limit truck traffic on portion of Old Centre Street and spending $33 million to construct the East Grove Street Water Treatment Plant, much of which will likely be offset by grants, Town Manager James McGrail has said. 

All registered voters may participate.
