MIDDLEBORO — Middleboro quilter Diana Richard will be among the crafters represented in “A Community of Quilters’’ quilt show to be held from March 18 and 19 at Blue Hills Vocational School in Canton.

The event will showcase more than 150 quilts.

Richard, who is a member of the Rhododendron Needlers Quilt Guild, began quilting 24 years ago to make a quilt for her first grandchild. 

Her quilts have been shown locally and regionally, including at the Vermont Quilt Festival and the Silver City guild shows in Taunton. She has won various awards at previous Rhododendron Needlers Quilt Guild shows. 

The Quilt Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 18 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 19 Admission is $10.
