MIDDLEBORO _ Several events are scheduled at the Middleboro Public Library in the coming weeks.

Activities include: 

Sewing club, 6:30 to 8 p.m. Aug. 23, Aug. 30 and Sept. 6.

Rug hooking group, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Aug. 27 and Sept. 3.

Wampanoag stories and songs with Kitty Hendricks-Miller, 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6.

Jobs group, 12 to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 7.
