Memorial parade to march through Middleboro

MIDDLEBORO — The town of Middleboro will hold its annual Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony on Monday, May 26, beginning at 10 a.m., with special recognition marking the 20th anniversary of the Middleboro Memorial Park.

Parade participants are asked to arrive by 9:30 a.m. in the Town Hall parking lot. The ceremony will take place immediately following the parade at Middleboro Memorial Park.

Veterans are encouraged to participate in the parade by walking or riding in a vehicle.

In the event of inclement weather, the parade will be canceled and the ceremony will be moved indoors to the second floor of Town Hall at 10 a.m. Residents with questions about potential weather-related changes are asked to contact the Middleboro Police Department after 8 a.m. on the day of the event.
