CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for an after the fact filing for the construction of a bridge across Puddingshear Brook within 200’ of a riverfront area at 5 Kelley Drive, Map 38, Lot 2044. Hearing has been requested by Roger Fillion. Hearing will be held October 2, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.

NOTICE OF HEARING
The Middleborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., in the Select Board’s Meeting Room, Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA to hear the petition of Robert Kirkland, 23 Webster Street, Middleborough, MA 02346 relative to his request to be granted a special permit pursuant to Section 9.4 of the Middleborough Zoning By-law to allow for a second additional dwelling unit on the third floor of the multi-family dwelling. The subject property is located at 23 Webster Street, Middleborough Assessor’s Map 58C, lot 1469.
Full plans are available in the Zoning Office for public review and also available electronically by request. Anyone desiring to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
