The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for the construction of a single-family home with well, septic system, driveway, utilities, and associated site grading and disturbance within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland at 0 Purchase Street, Map 68, Lot 1995. The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for the construction of a residential development, known as Oasis at Middleborough, consisting of 296 residential units, clubhouse with site amenities, and associated infrastructure. Tree clearing, portions of 4 garages, parking area, stormwater basin, grading, retaining wall, and loam and seed are within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland and grading will be within 200’ of the riverfront area at 162 East Grove Street, Map 65, Lots 4027 & 5659, and Map 66, Lots 3342, 3448, & 5727. Hearing has been requested by Nic Reuter, Picerne Middleborough LLC.
