Pursuant to MGL Ch. 41, Sec. 81L the Middleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. in the Select Board Meeting Room at the Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, relative to a Form C Application for the commercial development of Map 72, Lot 2616, Middleborough, Massachusetts. N.E.S.P., LLC, 43 East Grove Street, Suite 5, Middleboro, MA 02346 has submitted a definitive subdivision plan set entitled “Definitive Plan for N.E.S.P., LLC Fall Brook Subdivision Location of Site: 177 East Grove Street, Middleborough, Plymouth County, MA Map & Lot: 072-2616”, prepared by Bohler, 50 Washington Street, Suite 2000, Westborough, MA 01581 and dated April 29, 2026. The plans propose a Commercial Subdivision consisting of seven lots, roadways and associated stormwater management drainage structures and appurtenances. The site of the proposed subdivision is located on a 93.5 acre property. The main access to the Subdivision will be from East Grove Street “Route 28”.

Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 and M.G.L. c.21 §§ 26-53, notice is given of a 401 Water Quality Certification application for the replacement of a cross-country sewer main between Wareham Street and Mayflower Avenue, Middleborough. The work is proposed by the Town of Midddlebrough, DPW, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA 02346. Additional information can be obtained from Caron Environmental Consulting, LLC, 247 Bragg Hill Road, Westminster, MA 01473, (978) 944-2326. Written comments should be sent to DEP Southeast Regional Office, 20 Riverside Drive, Lakeville, MA 02347, within twenty-one days of this notice. Any group of ten persons, any aggrieved person, or any government body or private organization with a mandate to protect the environment who submits written comments may appeal the Department’s Certification. Failure to submit written comments before the end of the public comment period may result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing.

According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Notice of Intent submitted by Lydia & Frank Mark, for the installation of a new tight tank and decommission of existing septic system (if encountered) within the 100’ buffer to Long Pond and land subject to flooding (AE-57). The location of the project is 15 Shore Avenue, Lakeville (Map 041 Block 009 Lot 002). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:30p.m. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford St., Lakeville.
