NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The LAKEVILLE PLANNING BOARD pursuant to the Town of Lakeville Code Bylaws, Chapter 270, §270-6.7, will hold a Public Hearing on THURSDAY, July 11, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Site Plan Review application:

5 Harding Street – The applicant, Lighthouse Point Industrial LLC, seeks Site Plan Review and Approval for a minor plan change to the plan previously approved by the Planning Board on October 24, 2015, for 5 Harding Street. The change is from one (1) large building to six (6) smaller buildings and associated site layout and appurtenances changed to accommodate the new layout.

INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Town of Lakeville, MA is seeking sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a pavilion structure at the Lakeville Town House located at 2 Precinct Street, Lakeville, MA. The bid specification documents are available on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 9:00 AM by emailing Tracie Craig-McGee at tcraig-mcgee@lakevillema.org. Bids must be submitted by 3:00 PM on July 18, 2024. The Town of Lakeville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as well as any part of any or all bids, deemed not in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids. The contract shall be awarded by the Town Administrator.

The LAKEVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, acting in accordance with MASS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 40A, as amended, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. in the LAKEVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY, 4 PRECINCT STREET, upon the petition of James Frazier. A Special Permit is requested under Section 270-6.1 C to place a 20’ x 30’ garage on an existing foundation on a pre-existing, non-conforming lot, as provided by the Lakeville By-Laws. The property site is 2 Summit Street.
The application and assorted documents can be viewed in the Planning Department by appointment.
