According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Notice of Intent submitted by Joe Morini and Leslie Kilnapp, for the construction of an addition, garage, sunroom and porch with associated grading within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland. The location of the project is 130 South Pickens Street, Lakeville (Map 15 Block 1 Lot 2). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 7:00p.m. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford St., Lakeville.

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 7:00p.m. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford St., Lakeville.

INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Lakeville, MA is seeking sealed bids for the purchase and installation of playground equipment at the Alexander Gamache Playground located at the Ted Williams Camp located at 28 Precinct Street, Lakeville, MA. In addition, bids are being sought for an add alternate of excavation and preparation of the 52’5 x 48’ area with a 9” to 12” layer of engineered wood fiber and to bring existing equipment fall zones up to a 9” to 12” layer. The Invitation for Bid documents are available on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 9:00 AM by emailing Tracie Craig-McGee at tcraig-mcgee@lakevillema.org. Bids must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. The Town of Lakeville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as well as any part of any or all bids, deemed not in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids. The contract shall be awarded by the Town Administrator.
