According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability by James Reilly to decommission the existing septic system and install a new septic system within the 100-foot buffer to a bank bordering on Long Pond.  The location of the project is 19 Hilltop Acres Drive, Lakeville (Map 38 Block 4 Lot 6).  The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 16 at 6:30p.m. at the Lakeville Council on Aging, 1 Dear Crossing, Lakeville.

The LAKEVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, acting in accordance with MASS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 40A, as amended, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. in the LAKEVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY, 4 PRECINCT STREET, upon the petition of Laurie J. Clorite.  A Special Permit is requested under Section 270-4.1 & Section 270-7.4(30)(a) to allow the construction of a single-family dwelling, located in the business zone.  The property site is 12 Highland Road.

The application and assorted documents can be viewed in the Planning Department by appointment.
