Lakeville woman named chief financial officer of Rhode Island company
East Bay Community Action Program, a company that provides health and human services to the residents of Rhode Island’s East Bay, has appointed of Justine Cordeiro of Lakeville as its new chief financial officer.
Cordeiro will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the organization as well as the coordination of the company’s administrative, financial planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts.
Cordeiro has more than 20 years of experience and was most recently the chief financial officer at Health Imperatives in Brockton. In this position, she oversaw the preparation of monthly financial and associated reporting, collaborated with key personnel for budget preparation, coordinated audits, and was the top fiscal advisor of the organization.
“Justine will be a key member of our Senior Management team, taking an active role in helping us implement our corporate goals, strategic initiatives, and fiscal objectives,” said Rilwan K. Feyisitan, Jr., East Bay Community Action Program President and Chief Executive Officer. “Her skills and extensive knowledge will reinforce our efforts to expand services and strengthen our role as a premier health and human services agency.”
